What You'll Get to Do
The Manager, Sales Solutions will lead a high-performing team to deliver accurate, timely quotes and convert them into orders. Drive sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and support team development while maintaining deep product knowledge and operational excellence.
Job responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure SLA compliance across all customer interactions.
- Sales Execution: Oversee quoting and order conversion processes, ensuring accuracy, speed, and alignment with customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Provide expert guidance, resolve escalations, and foster strong relationships to drive repeat business.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain up-to-date documentation, manage quote systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet project timelines.
- Product Expertise: Stay current on CRL products and bid specifications to offer competitive, technically sound solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Regional and Technical Directors on goals, product updates, and new development initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct coaching sessions, monitor calls, and promote growth within the team.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP (Tandem)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude and customer-first mindset
- Spanish fluency a plus
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
