We’re looking for someone with a high level of commitment that is looking for a long-term role with inevitable growth. I am seeking an individual looking for a home to help grow this business to its full potential. As you grow and learn, responsibilities will increase and become more complex. You will have your hands in many aspects of the business, especially underwriting. I am looking for a key member of the team who will help me shape the future of this organization.
This role will be full-time, in person in our Clark, NJ office.
Desired Characteristics/skills
Highest level attention to detail – I need to be able to trust everything presented is 100% correct!
Sense of urgency – We move fast, so you’ll need to move even faster
Critical thinking skills – We are looking for someone that can think independently and contribute to strategy
High level of Integrity – We work with large amounts of money and highly confidential information.
Dedicated – I need someone who wants to build this business with me, not someone just looking for a paycheck.
A “do what it takes” attitude – We all do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Sense of ownership – This role is yours to take on and grow. The direction is not set in stone.
