Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at Brecksville, OH branch (8943 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141). This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Responsibilities
- Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
- Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
- Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
- Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
- Ability to work in all areas of the branch
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 6 months of recent retail bank teller experience
- 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location, managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Professional grammar and demeanor
- Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
