Wholesome Massage & Natural Medicine is expanding!
We’re looking for a Massage Therapist to join our clinical massage and natural medicine practice. At Wholesome, we believe in finding the root cause of our clients’ problems. Our goal is to focus on educating our clients to fully understand how to fix imbalances. Self-care is preventative health.
Who you are: An LMT with a passion for holistic/naturopathic healthcare with a lifestyle of health, wellness, functional medicine, and helping/leading others to feel their best too!
The right person to join our team can fulfill and demonstrate the following:
Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable in anatomy and kinesiology.
Must be able to write in depth SOAP notes (will train)
Must be a dynamic, energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
Must have excellent communication, customer service, and personal skills, especially for events and chair massage.
Must have/pursue an active massage license in the state of CO And be insured.
Must have a good understanding on how to use Instagram.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and meeting patients’ goals and needs
Offering cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
Reducing the need for medication and providing alternatives to surgery
Ability to work/ consult along-side our team of wellness professionals
Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Evaluate effects, monitor and communicate progress
Document patient care services (soap notes)
Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patient’s specific needs

Benefits/Compensation:
$30/hr - $40/hr plus tips depending on anatomy and kinesiology knowledge. (Assessment done during 2nd interview).
Benefits available once position opens into a full time role of $30 hours
Chair massage + Events $20 an hour plus tips
Job Type: w2
Part time (20 hours) with room to grow into a full-time position (30-35 hours) with benefits and PTO after training is done.
Hours are negotiable/ flexible schedule- Holidays off
License/Certification:
Valid license to practice Therapy in the State of Colorado
