Sauna House is reimagining how the world experiences sauna bathing. With a mission to improve the physical and mental well-being of the world, we design, build, and operate industry-leading contrast therapy facilities both corporately and through a growing franchise network.
Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) to join our team. Therapists at Sauna House provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the bathhouse experience. LMBTs that are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and comfortable working in a collaborative wellness environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid North Carolina LMBT license (required)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach
- Interest in working in a bathhouse setting
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork
Pay Details
- $15 per hour + tips
- Starting $20 bonus per appointment with incentives to grow!

Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Must be able to perform up to 5 massages per day
- 15-minute turnover time between sessions

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Provide up to five (5) 60-minute massage sessions per day
- Review client intake forms and perform thorough intake with guests
- Maintain proper SOAP documentation and uphold confidentiality in line with HIPAA and NCBMBT standards
- Perform signature Sauna House techniques
- Collaborate with the Guest Services team to support a seamless guest transition into the bathhouse
- Maintain clean massage treatment rooms, following sanitation protocols
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continued education
