Description

Foothills is seeking League Supervisors for Youth Sports Basketball Leagues. This position is responsible for overseeing leagues being conducted at an assigned facility. This position will receive and answer inquiries from the public in person on programs, rates, policies and procedures. Additionally, this position has oversight of basketball officials, and volunteer coaches and may require some officiating or coaching. The job requires shifts ranging from morning to early afternoon hours on Saturdays. This position is part-time, seasonal (October- February), nonexempt, and offers excellent recreation benefits.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
* Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
* Graduation from high school or completion of GED.
* One (1) year of league supervision, officiating, and/or scorekeeping experience preferred.
* Experience with supervising youth preferred.
 
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Current certifications in AED/CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain such certifications within sixty (60) days of employment.
* Concussion recognition training is required prior to employment and must be renewed annually.
