With operations across Southeast Asia and strong backing from strategic investors, the company is driving digital transformation in SME lending.

The Thailand entity is expanding rapidly and plays a key role in launching localized lending products tailored to the Thai market. The platform is approved by the Securities Exchange Commission Thailand (SEC) and is committed to building scalable, compliant, and user-friendly financial solutions.

We Are Seeking: Lead Product Manager (SME Lending)

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll lead the full product lifecycle for digital lending products in Bangkok, Thailand. You'll work closely with engineering, credit risk, compliance, and operations to define and launch financing solutions that meet both customer needs and regulatory standards.

You'll be the first product hire in Thailand, reporting directly to the Country Head, and will collaborate with regional stakeholders across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision and roadmap for SME financing
• Conduct market research and stakeholder interviews
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and compliance

Requirements & Design

• Document functional requirements and user stories
• Collaborate with UX/UI to design localized interfaces
• Ensure compliance with KYC/eKYC, AML, digital signatures, and data privacy

Cross-Functional Execution

• Work with engineering to translate requirements into technical specs
• Approve wireframes, data models, and APIs
• Partner with credit risk and data science to refine scoring models

Requirements

• Experience in SME lending, banking, or fintech product development
• Strong understanding of Thai financial regulations
• Exposure to credit risk and compliance processes
• Fluent in Thai and English
• Confident communicator with leadership potential
