The Role: Lead, Elevate, Mentor

As Lead ER Veterinarian, you will:

• Guide the ER/ICU team’s medicine, workflows, and culture
• Mentor doctors and technicians; champion education and growth
• Collaborate daily with Surgery, Oncology, and Critical Care
• Help shape protocols, quality, and the client experience
• Engage with our strong referral network across the Austin metro
• Take an active role in emergency surgical cases when comfortable

• Are internshiptrained or have equivalent experience (previous ER/ICU leadership experience ideal)
