Description

Our client, a global leader in shared services, is seeking Korean-speaking professionals to join their finance operations team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to core finance processes and is ideal for candidates with strong language skills and a background in finance or business operations.

Role Levels:

• Level 1 (0-2 years experience): Focused on invoice processing
• Level 2 (2-4 years experience): Includes payments, vendor master data, and reconciliation

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing

• Process invoices within defined turnaround times
• Reconcile statements and follow up on parked or blocked documents
• Correct and reverse posting errors
• Handle recode entries

Payments

• Prepare and audit payment proposals
• Resolve payment exceptions and coordinate approvals
• Forecast payment values and maintain audit documentation

Vendor Master Data

• Set up and update vendor accounts
• Resolve discrepancies with requesters or vendors
• Track and manage ongoing changes

Case Resolution (CRC)

• Review and follow up on pending cases
• Ensure complete and accurate case documentation
• Close resolved cases efficiently

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Prior experience in finance operations or shared services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with finance systems and tools is an advantage
