Enterprise Business Development Manager (LES formal title: Key Account Solutions Manager -- Food Service)
Location: Hybrid Irving, TX 75063
Compensation: $110,000$150,000 (includes competitive base + uncapped commission)
Schedule: MondayFriday | Travel: ~25% | Type: Full-time
About the Role
Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a driven Enterprise Business Development Manager to own new-logo acquisition with national and multi-location food-service brands. This role is about hunting, not farming—building pipeline, creating executive relationships, and closing complex deals. Once contracts are signed, our Account Management team will handle renewals and ongoing service, letting you stay focused on driving growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute named-account strategies targeting national and large regional food-service chains
- Self-source opportunities through outbound outreach, events, partners, and referrals
- Lead full sales cycles: discovery → solution design → proposals/RFPs → pricing/negotiation → close
- Develop multi-threaded relationships with executives, procurement, and operations stakeholders
- Maintain 34× pipeline coverage versus quota, with rigorous CRM discipline and weekly forecasts
- Drive high activity levels (calls, emails, social, on-site); aim for 7+ prospect meetings per week
- Partner with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure a smooth pre-close handoff
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of B2B new-logo hunting experience, with 2+ years selling into multi-location or enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and self-sourcing significant wins
- Strong consultative selling skills, executive presentation ability, and complex negotiation experience
- CRM proficiency and use of sales-engagement tools
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and high follow-through
- Preferred: Experience in food-service, restaurant, or related industries; background selling multi-site operational services
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $110,000$150,000 + uncapped commission
