We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team.Job Description: As a Concrete Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction on the listed project. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in guiding our team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers on construction sites.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Schedule and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
