- Inventory Specialist
Description
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate receipt, documentation, and tracking of all inventory at the EAFB Supply Store. Black Hills Works holds an Ability One Contract at Ellsworth Airforce Base at the Supply Store. Ability One Contracts are through the government as a way to employee people with disabilities in a meaningful way. Participants or employees with disabilities work along side their co-workers without disabilities in all store and warehouse operations.
This role ensures the integrity of inventory records and supports operational efficiency by maintaining optimal stock levels of products, equipment, and supplies. The Inventory Specialist collaborates closely with procurement, logistics, and store personnel to ensure timely and accurate inventory management, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school graduation and at least 18 years old
- Preferred experience in working with people with disabilities
- Retails experience is a plus
