We are looking for a dynamic and motivated internal sales technician to join our Technical and Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving the sales team's objectives by responding to our numerous phone calls and emails without any solicitation on your part. You will meet customer needs by preparing quotes, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing customized technical solutions. This position is supported by our technical department, which will assist and train you on all the products we distribute. (In-house training in hydraulics available)

We offer a wide variety of hydraulic products designed to meet the needs of industries such as construction, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, etc. Our product range includes Hydraulic pumps, motors, valves (directional, pressure, flow control, etc.), power units and others, as well as electronic products (controllers, power supplies, and inverters), and custom electronic solutions for specialized applications. Workplace dynamics:
- Full-time position, day shift, 3-month trial period starting from the date of hire
- Salary starting at $28.00 or based on experience
- Possibility of remote work after training period, depending on rotating schedules
- Vacation: 0 to 3 years of work (2 weeks), and for 3 years or more (3 weeks and may be negotiated if candidates are experienced).
Benefits:
- Summer bonus ($500.00) + Christmas bonus ($500.00) based on company profitability. (Or other depending on experience)
- Group RRSP with company contribution of 4% of annual salary (maximum $2,000.00)
- Group insurance with Sun Life (medical, dental) paid at 50%
- 5 paid holidays per year (January 1 to December 31)
- Eligibility for benefits after the trial period, which is three months from the date of hire.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-motivated, and proactive
- Bilingual (French and English), english only would be considered
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) would be an asset.
- Experience in hydraulic sales is required, minimum 1 to 2 years would be an asset
