The hiring range for this role is:97,408.43 - 144,183.19
This is the lowest to highest salary we , in good faith , believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting . We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range and t his hiring range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the hiring range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

This role will lead and manage complex projects and services related to specific initiatives. This role involves acting as the project lead for the implementation and maintenance of large-scale, often national projects. It ensures seamless integration between various departments, Blue Plans, customers, vendors, and other business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ Years related business experience, including managing large, complex projects Required
- Competency in BCBSA Core values: inclusivity, accountability, courage, teamwork, and respect.
- Proficiency in developing reports, process flows, procedures, and other project management materials.
- Working business analyst skills with the ability to synthesize and translate data.
- Ability to partner with stakeholders from various functional areas.
Working knowledge of the health insurance industry and national healthcare delivery. - Excellent project management, time management, and resource management skills.
- Effective relationship management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products. - Certifications & Licenses
- Preferred: Professional, Academy for Health Care Management (PAHM) - AHIP
- Preferred: Portfolio Management Professional (PMP)
- Four years of related business experience, including managing large, complex projects.
- Experience in a healthcare setting and working with Blue Plans.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and building consensus in a decentralized decision-making structure.
