Position Overview:

Ken Schall Golf Performance Studio is seeking a passionate and dedicated PGA Professional or Associate with expertise in Fitting, Teaching, and Club Repair. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team that prides itself on elevating golfers of all abilities to their full potential.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct golf lessons and fittings, each making up 50% of your schedule.
• Address club repairs during downtime to ensure a timely workflow.
• Engage students using innovative teaching methods and technologies.
• Foster an understanding of not just swing techniques, but comprehensive game skills such as shot shaping, mental game, course management, and more.
• Maintain open communication with clients, providing clear and accessible insights into the complexities of golf, making it simple for them to understand.
• Communicate and help students along the way through Skillest to help drive customer retention and yield better results for students
• Anything that helps further the growth of Ken Schall Golf

Ideal Candidate:

• A Certified Professional with a profound interest and passion for the game of golf.
• Eager to pursue ongoing education and stay abreast of evolving golf instruction and fitting technologies.
• Committed to setting and maintaining the highest standards of service, reflected in student success and facility accolades.
• Proficient in utilizing Trackman, and SAM Putt Lab technologies.
• Already adept in Club Repair/Building knowledge, or willing to learn it at a high level
• Candidate that's not looking to "punch the clock" but someone who's truly passionate about improving themselves & the business in order to help golfers achieve their goals

Schedule:

• The shop operates 38 hours per week, with expected individual schedules ranging 45-50 hours weekly.
• Ideal start date: November 1st.

Benefits

Compensation:

• This position offers a 100% commission-based opportunity, with the potential for a salary based on the candidate's talents and skills.
• Expect to earn between $70k-$80k in the first year, with potential for growth.
• Ken Schall Golf retains a portion of lesson and fitting revenue, providing equal financial reward for both.
