Hiring Immediately; Pay starting at $20 to $27; dependent on experience; PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm (Overtime Eligible!)

Position Requirements

• Drive revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying equipment needs, and providing tailored rental solutions that deliver exceptional value.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication, problem-solving, and ensuring a seamless rental experience from order to return.
• Support outside sales and operations teams by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating equipment availability.
• Engage in proactive sales activities including upselling, cross-selling, and following up on leads to maximize branch performance.
• Maintain accurate records in the system to ensure proper billing, contract management, and customer communication.
• Work collaboratively with team members across the branch to ensure customers receive equipment on time and in excellent condition.
• Grow your knowledge of the construction and rental equipment industry with hands-on training and career development opportunities.
• Represent Sunstate's values by promoting safety, integrity, and exceptional service in every customer interaction.
• Leverage technology and digital tools (CRM, rental management software, Microsoft Office) to manage accounts, track activity, and improve efficiency.
