Position Summary
Terrasmart is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Outside Sales Team. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, coordinating sales proposals, maintaining Salesforce records, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email
• Manage opportunities and update records in Salesforce
• Support proposal creation and quoting for renewable energy projects
• Coordinate project handoffs to internal teams
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and customer presentations

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business or related field
• 2 years in Inside Sales; experience in renewable energy preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Hybrid role: Remote and In-Office requirements (Applicants will only be considered if they currently reside within a daily commutable distance of Cincinnati, OH)
