About the position: ANTHC, Alaska’s largest Tribal health consortium, is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to support its HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role provides strategic HR guidance, aligning business goals with employee and management needs. The HRBP fosters collaboration across HR and organizational functions, delivering value-added support while maintaining strong business acumen in financials, strategy, and culture.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For: ANTHC is seeking an HR Business Partner with strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate will support leadership in achieving HR objectives and managing HRIS systems. A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR experience are required. Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, HRCI, Tribal HR Professional, or equivalent) is required or must be obtained within one year of hire.
