Description
Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, orientation and training processes while adhering to strict compliance regulations.
Maintain employee records, process biweekly payroll, manage PTO and benefits
Negotiate and source benefit options
work with management on development initiatives and cost effective enhancements.
Manage and update employee Company policy manual
Be support and point of contact for all HR company issues
This will be a flexible 30/hr work week but could lead to a full time position for the right fit
Requirements
Bachelors in HR or equivalent with proven experience
experience with Payroll solutions (PEO's, ADP and smiliar)
Strong understanding of compliance regulations
Excellent professional, communication and organizational skills with focus on confidentiality
