Housekeeping Aides, helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to facility standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as required
- Collect and dispose of trash and laundry appropriately
- Restock supplies and linens in assigned areas
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
- Follow infection control, health, and safety policies
- Provide respectful and courteous service to residents at all times
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (healthcare setting a plus)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Commitment to confidentiality and resident dignity
