Description
Job DescriptionThe Housekeeping Worker at DXpress maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. They clean and maintain all areas, handle floor maintenance, furniture cleaning, and replenish supplies. They report facility repair needs promptly and manage non-routine cleaning tasks for special events. Adhering to health and safety regulations is a priority, including using protective equipment and following proper chemical usage guidelines. Additionally, they ensure the exterior of the building remains tidy by clearing snow, removing trash, and sweeping sidewalks.
Required Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with a diverse group of employees, students, and visitors at a large university campus.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial cleaning methods and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in cleaning of institutional, domestic, or commercial areas.
