About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial part in supporting the healing atmosphere of our recovery center. By maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our residential and clinical facilities, you contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas, client rooms, bathrooms, offices, and program spaces
- Perform regular sanitation of high-touch surfaces in compliance with health and safety protocols
- Launder linens and ensure timely restocking of supplies throughout the facility
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all housekeeping guidelines
- Treat clients and colleagues with dignity, respect, and confidentiality
✅ Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience a plus (healthcare or residential setting ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Respectful and comfortable working in a recovery environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
