🛎️ What You'll Do as a Hospitality Aide:
As a Hospitality Aide, you'll support residents, staff, and the care team with a variety of helpful tasks to keep the facility running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with non-clinical needs like getting to meals, activities, or outings
• Keeping resident rooms and common areas tidy and welcoming
• Stocking supplies, passing linens, and helping with light housekeeping
• Answering call lights and assisting residents with comfort needs (reporting to CNAs or nurses)
• Helping with snacks, drinks, and tray delivery (but no direct feeding)
• Supporting staff with errands, phone calls, and simple clerical tasks at the nurse's station
• Creating a positive, respectful, and friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors

• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented person
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow healthcare policies and procedures
• Someone who o treats all residents with dignity, kindness, and respect
