We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hospitality Aid to join our team, on the evening shift. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our residents' comfort and well-being by providing outstanding hospitality services. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting the overall operations of the care center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal service, personal hygiene, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in common areas and resident rooms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
• Support the care team with various tasks as needed.
• Foster a positive and compassionate atmosphere for residents.
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current enrollment, and attendance in a CNA class.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
