Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead our engagement with a client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investor relations, particularly with experience in Hong Kong-listed companies. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but candidates from other industries with significant business operations in China will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the investor relations strategy to enhance the company's visibility and investor engagement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global investors, analysts, and financial media.
• Prepare and present financial and operational updates to investors, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Coordinate earnings releases, investor meetings, and roadshows.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to the executive team regarding investor sentiment and market expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in investor relations, with a focus on Hong Kong-listed companies.
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable; experience in other industries with business in China will be considered.
• Proven track record in engaging with global investors and managing investor relations programs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
