Description

General Responsibilities:

Performs routine maintenance on landscaping, grounds, roads, irrigation, and utilities through the use of general labor and equipment.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Required Skills:

Working knowledge of modern methods for grounds and utilities maintenance, including mowing lawns, trimming and edging, pruning trees and shrubs, raking leaves, and removing litter.
Ability to make basic repairs to security fences, irrigation systems, and water systems, including fire hydrants and storm drains.
Physical capability to operate a variety of machines, tools, and equipment, including motor vehicles, generators, power tools, and hand tools.
Ability to use body members to work, move, or carry objects or materials.
