The Golf Shop Attendant is the face of the golf shop, ensuring every guest and member has a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable experience. This role combines customer service, retail support, and golf operations assistance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Handle tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments.
• Operate point-of-sale system for retail sales, rentals, and merchandise transactions.
• Maintain shop presentation, including restocking, organizing, and cleaning displays.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on golf apparel, equipment, and accessories.
• Coordinate with golf operations staff to support tournaments, outings, and daily play.
• Monitor pace of play and course usage when necessary.
• Handle phone inquiries, schedule updates, and general customer questions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reports.
