As a Golf Instructor at Iron Horse, you'll have access to our premier facilities and an active membership base eager to learn and improve. This independent contractor position provides flexibility, autonomy, and a generous commission structure.
Position Details:

• Role: Independent Contractor Golf Instructor
• Compensation: Commission-based (80/20 split in favor of the instructor)
• Location: Milton, GA at Iron Horse Golf Club

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a golf instructor with strong teaching skills.
• PGA membership or relevant teaching certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and player development.
• Ability to manage scheduling and client relations independently.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide private and group golf lessons to members and guests.
• Create personalized instruction plans tailored to each student's goals.
• Promote lessons and grow a client base within the club community.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all students.
• Collaborate with the club to schedule lessons and support member engagement.
