1899 Indoor Golf is NE Ohio's premier indoor golf experience featuring seven Trackman bays, full service craft coctail bar and elevated bar food. Our Golf Concierge's play a critical role wirthin our team and assist our guests in having the optimal indoor golf experience.

Experience Required

Successful candidates for this role will be friendly, outgoing and be willing and ready to work in a fast paced environment. Basic knowledge of the game of golf is very helful. For candidates w/o a golf background, previous experience or skills in a customer service role of some sort will be required.

Essential Responsibilities

The Golf Concierge position is primarily responsible for making and managing bay reservations. This involves getting guests into and out of their assigned bays in a timely manner as well as assistng our bartenders and servers in attending to their needs throughout their visit. The Golf Concierge will see to basic cleaning in and around the bay areas between reservation and when working a closing shift, they will work collaboratively with the entire staff in end of day cleaning and closing proceedures.
