We have a rare opportunity for a highly skilled General Manager to run our well established privately owned domestic dealership.

A minimum of 2 years experience as General Manager is required, preferably at a domestic dealership. In-depth understanding of all dealership departments, especially Fixed Operations is a must ! GSMs will not be considered.

This is not a turnaround situation. We are looking for a hands-on, energetic operator with the ability to motivate and retain top-performing teams while aligning with our established company processes and culture.

What You'll Do:

Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
Run all day to day operations of the dealership
Manage and optimize inventory to meet market demand.
Lead, mentor, and hold a team accountable for top performance.
Be very involved with Service and Parts Operations .
Manage from the front lines, practicing a hands on approach.
Lead by example not just telling people what to do but showing them how it's done.
Analyze financial data and reports to guide business decisions.
Ensure all dealership operations and policies are compliant.

What We're Looking For:

Proven multi year experience as an automotive General Manager, preferably at a domestic dealership. South Florida candidates preferred .GSMs will not be considered.
Deep knowledge of all dealership departments, particularly Fixed Operations.
Ability to run a successful dealership with very little involvement from the company upper management.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Great work ethics
A verifiable record of success as a GM operator of a new car dealership .
