Description
Large tier one import dealership in one of the top growing major metro area's in the southwest is looking for a high energy, talented General Manager. Must have five years of high volume (5000 units per year) GM/GSM experience.
This pivotal role will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with our mission to prioritize community needs and foster strong relationships.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily dealership operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead and mentor staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and communication.
Engage with customers to address concerns and enhance their experience.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
Requirements
Proven experience as a GM/GSM of a 5000 unit per year dealership for longer than five years
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in inventory control processes is preferred.
Basic math skills for financial analysis and reporting.
