Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor vital signs and assist with mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
- Provide compassionate, personalized care to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and cozy environment for all.
What We're Looking For:
- Current STNA certification in Ohio.
- A genuine passion for providing care with warmth and empathy.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a smile to match the season!
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
