Description
Responsibilities:- Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-ins
- Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support administrative staff with daily office tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
- Additional duties as assigned
