Description
Upper Keys Veterinary Hospital in Islamorada, Florida is looking for an associate veterinarian to join our AAHA-Accredited hospital.
We’re searching for a compassionate veterinarian that values collaboration, enjoys small animal medicine, and will fit in perfectly with our positive culture. We’re an excellent choice for veterinarians of all experience levels. Must be licensed, or able to become licensed, in Florida for consideration.
This is a full-time role with flexible scheduling. There are no emergency or on-call services for this position. Ability to work Saturdays (8am-2pm) is a plus.

Compensation:
We offer flexible compensation options: choose between base salary, salary + production, or production only—whichever style fits your needs the best! We’re also offering a generous sign-on bonus and no negative accrual for this role.

Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology, including digital full-body and dental radiology, a dedicated surgery suite, ultrasound, surgical laser, and cold/therapy laser.
