A well-established organisation is looking for a Finance Officer to join their growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role
Preparing monthly invoices and tracking outstanding accounts, including direct debit transactions.Overseeing client budget administration, ensuring accurate monthly statements and monitoring expenditure.
Supporting general office functions including record keeping, purchase orders, and administrative coordination.
Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls, delivering professional service and positively representing the organisation's values.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in end-to-end AR & AP - Community-based experience is a bonus!Strong Excel skills and confidence using financial systems and reporting tools.
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
