- Field Director
Description
With reproductive rights under attack, you can be the voice for the future in California by helping to pass Proposition 50!
The Outreach Team is a premier national field firm. We partner with organizations working to solve some of the biggest problems facing our society -- from protecting human rights to fighting climate change -- and help them build the resources they need to make an impact. We are a people-powered enterprise; our campaigns are effective because we hire diverse teams of talented people, invest in our staff, and treat them well.
We are hiring a Field Director to manage our office in San Diego, California. The Field Director will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to contact voters about supporting Prop 50 on behalf of Planned Parenthood Action Fund of the Pacific Southwest. They will work within the director team to build an office to scale from the ground up. The Field Director is expected to train voter contact canvassers in the field while canvassing themselves to lead by example; they must also communicate long and short term goals to staff and manage campaign reporting.
Now is the time to fight back against Trump's unprecedented attacks on freedoms, healthcare, and democracy.
President Trump and his allies in Congress have already caused immeasurable harm. They've stolen funding from Planned Parenthood health centers, stolen health care from millions of Americans, ordered mass arrests without warrants, and so much more. If Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are able to steal unchecked power for two more years, their attacks on Planned Parenthood, reproductive health care, and abortion will only get worse. We're canvassing to stop this power grab, protect Planned Parenthood and reproductive freedom in California, and give Americans a fighting chance at fair representation in 2026 by passing Proposition 50.
We are hiring immediately. This position will run through October 25th, 2025, with opportunities to extend.
