Department: Business Affairs Salary: $12.00 per hour
Description:

Business Affairs is seeking a motivated and reliable student assistant for the Fall 2025 semester.

Duties:

• Answers phones with courtesy and professionalism
• Assists with emergency situations as needed
• Performs general clerical tasks such as copying, filing, and data entry
• Scans and uploading documents
• Runs errands
• Sorts and distributes mail
• Creates and sends email correspondence
• Assists with the coordination of meetings and events
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled as a UHD student
• Must receive Federal College Work-Study from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
