Department: Institutional Effectiveness Salary: $12.00 hourly rate
Description:

The Office of Institutional Effectiveness is seeking a federal work-study student to assist with various office duties to ensure daily efficient office operations.

Duties:

• Represents the values & mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, copying, scanning, and data entry
• Provides support to all staff in the office
• Runs errands within the university campus buildings
• Willing to learn and work with new computer systems and applications
• Maintains confidentiality
• Assists with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must be awarded federal college work-study from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
• Availability: 20 hours a week, Monday- Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
