Family Practice Locums Physician - Southern California Coast

Are you a Family Practice Physician looking for an outpatient locums assignment in California? This is an excellent opportunity to work near the coast with a consistent daytime schedule, no call responsibilities, and the potential for a long-term contract starting this Fall.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient primary care clinic
• Established support staff including MAs and a practice manager
• Manageable patient volume of 18-20 per day
• See all ages, with a focus on adult patients

Schedule

• Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule
• Coverage is for an ongoing, long-term permanent search
• No weekend or evening responsibilities

Procedures and Cases

• Standard outpatient primary care cases
• Common outpatient procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.)

Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active California state medical license
• Minimum of 24 months of experience
• Current BLS and DEA certifications
