MercyOne Elkader Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their dedicated primary care team in Elkader, Iowa. This is a new position, created to support a growing community with a loyal, long-standing patient base.

• Join team of 2 Physicians & 2 APPs
• 36 Patient contact hours shared between Elkader and Monona clinics
• PAID Hospital (ED/Inpatient) night call 1-2x/Month
• 15-20 Patients Daily

Compensation and Benefits

• 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives & longevity bonuses
• $150,000 Bonus Package
