Partnered with a facility in northeastern Arizona with a contract assignment for a skilled Family Medicine physician to assist their team.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Patient Census: 12 per shift
• Patient Population: All ages
• Duties: Primary care services, including physical examinations, health assessments, and management of acute and chronic illnesses
• Support Staff: Nurses, specialists, etc.
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, hike high desert trails with sweeping views of red rock cliffs, photograph wild horses roaming open rangeland, and fish in alpine lakes or clear mountain streams.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered FAM (Family Medicine) Arizona state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited FAM (Family Medicine) program
• One year of work experience as FAM (Family Medicine)
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified

• Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
• Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.

• A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
• Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
