We are seeking additional primary care physicians to join their hospital-employed practices throughout the community. These practices are 100% outpatient medicine, seeing all ages, and admissions/hospital call are covered by our hospitalist program. Our network includes primary care and specialty clinics throughout the Watertown, Lake Mills, Johnson Creek, Juneau, Waterloo, and Ixonia regions.

Practice:

• 40 miles from Madison and Milwaukee
• 100% outpatient
• 4-day workweek
• Work alongside physicians and APPs
• Hospitalist team for admissions
• Base salary guarantee aligned with MGMA median
