Lustercraft Plastics is hiring a full-time Window Well Cover Assembler. You'll work hands-on building our custom egress window well covers - a unique, in-demand product you can see at lustercraft.com. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed and grow your skillset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble window well covers using woodworking tools (table saw, chop saw, drill press, sanders, etc.)
• Read and interpret build sheets and customer orders
• Use a tape measure accurately and consistently
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Occasionally assist with installations (some work outdoors in varying conditions)

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience with basic woodworking tools (framing, trim carpentry, shop work, etc.)
• Strong tape measure skills and tool familiarity
• Ability to show up on time, every day
• Willingness to learn and work independently after training
• A positive, professional attitude
• Eagerness to work in a clean, supportive environment
