Description

The Executive Director is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, supervising and managing all functions arising in the course of development and operation of housing programs and other programs which may be undertaken by the Housing Authority. Responsible for 120 Public Housing Units, 302 Housing Choice Vouchers, 10 Emergency Housing Vouchers, 15 Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Vouchers, 45 MN Bring It Home Vouchers, 20 Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) Bridges Vouchers and 7 Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) Reentry Vouchers. 



Requirements

Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Social Science, Business Administration or other related program; or

An equivalent of ten (10) years of upper level housing experience.
