As we expand into estate planning and probate, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to help establish and grow this practice alongside our managing partner.

About the Role
This position is ideal for an attorney with experience who is looking to grow into a leadership role. You’ll work closely with the managing partner to develop the firm’s estate planning practice from the ground up, with support and autonomy to shape your future here.
Compensation & Benefits
§ Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)
§ Quarterly Bonus: $3,000 – $5,000 (based on performance)
§ Monthly Bonus: Based on practice growth and development benchmarks
§ 401(k) with Employer Matching (beginning 2026)

Responsibilities
§ Lead and manage estate planning and probate matters
§ Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
§ Advise clients on estate, incapacity, asset protection, and tax strategies
§ Handle probate administration; probate litigation experience is a plus
§ Participate in business development and help create scalable systems for the new department
§ Collaborate with a team that values transparency, responsiveness, and results
Who We’re Looking For
§ 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate
§ Active license and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
§ Probate litigation experience is preferred but not required
§ Flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
§ Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
§ Passionate about helping people and making legal processes less overwhelming
