Emergency Veterinary Clinic of Niceville is seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Veterinarian (ER DVM) to join our dedicated team. Since 1995, we’ve proudly served the growing Niceville, Florida community with 24/7 emergency and critical care—earning a reputation for compassionate, expert veterinary medicine along the Emerald Coast.

• Full-Time Schedule: 12 shifts per month (nights and weekends included)

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive Pay: $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater) - Guaranteed base salary of $144,000/year with ER DVMs averaging $275,000+ annually

• Sign-On Bonus: $17,000+

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
• 3+ years of Emergency Veterinary Medicine experience preferred
• Proficiency in emergency surgery and critical care
• Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain - fees covered)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client and patient care
