Animal Urgent Care, an independent emergency and urgent care facility scheduled to open in December 2025, is seeking dedicated Veterinarians to join our team. Our facility is designed to address the after-hours and critical care needs of patients throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Our practice is located on the Florida Panhandle in between Pensacola and Destin. We are home to some of the finest beaches in the country. Our location on the gulf coast provides prolific inshore, nearshore, and offshore fishing and diving opportunities.

We welcome applications from both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates who exhibit motivation, commitment, and compassion. Our robust mentorship program is tailored to support new graduates as well as experienced practitioners seeking to enhance their surgical and clinical skills.

Applicants must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. We ensure a balanced work/life schedule through a rotating shift system. The compensation package includes PTO, CE allowance, professional licensing reimbursement, 401K, health, vision, and dental insurance. We offer a competitive production-based income with a guaranteed base salary of $156,000 per year.
