Flexible Scheduling to Support You
We’re committed to a healthy work-life balance. Full-time veterinarians typically work 4 to 5 days per week, with no after-hours or overnight shifts. We’re also open to a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (4/10s) if that better suits your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking for stability, flexibility, or a balance of both, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that suits your needs.
Mentorship That Matters
New graduates are fully supported with a structured onboarding and mentorship program:
