Tri-Valley Head Start is Hiring an Early Childhood Coach in the Crookston area, supporting centers in Crookston, Ada, East Grand Forks, Breckenridge & Grafton, ND! If you have a passion for early childhood education and empowering others, join our Head Start team and help shape brighter futures!The Early Childhood Coach is responsible for providing on-going coaching for education staff. Supporting effective teaching strategies in the classroom and home visits that lead to positive outcomes for children within the context of a collaborative relationship with parent/caregiver and child. Provides resources, training and technical assistance as requested in supporting onsite education, disability and mental health services. Helps recruit potential parents by providing information to them about the various program services and benefits offered to enrolled children and families.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate degree in early childhood education or a related field.
Classroom teaching experience serving early childhood population.
Experience working with adult learners in using assessment data to drive coaching strategies aligned with program performance goals.
Comfortable working with computers, willing and able to learn program specific systems as needed for position.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Proof of valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance coverage.
