• Vitalant is seeking a Donor Outreach Coordinator dedicated to making a positive difference.   What to Expect
  
  Location: Must reside in or near Tempe, AZ.
  
  This is a remote role; however, you will need to attend in person at our Tempe location for your first day.
  
  Training location: Day One-IN PERSON-1524 W 14th Street, Ste 120, Tempe, AZ.
  
  Hire Date: October 13th, 2025.
  
  Schedule:
  • Tues -Sat 10:30 AM-7:00 PM--8% shift diff per hour for Saturday (ARIZONA TIME)
  • Sun-Thur-10:30 AM - 7:00 PM --8% shift diff per hour for Sun (ARIZONA TIME)
  • Training: Paid 4 weeks Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Arizona Time (Microsoft Teams).

  As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you'll get to:

  • Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience is a plus!
• Must be comfortable with high volume outbound calls.
• Must be comfortable with achieving and maintaining required contact center metrics.
